Registered attendees must display their badge at all times onsite to access these sessions and events. Individuals who are not registered for the meeting will not be permitted to attend sessions, events, or other meeting functions.

Registration Types

Student
Registrant must be under 28 years of age and interested in the advancement of astronomy or related science. Full-time students age 28 or older who are pursuing a degree in astronomy or physics are eligible to register as a student upon furnishing proof of their full-time student status.

Guest
A guest must be a spouse, domestic partner, or significant other. Guest registration fee covers access to the exhibit/poster hall, opening and closing receptions, and daily morning and afternoon coffee breaks. Guests cannot attend workshops or scientific sessions.

Guest Registration for Children
Children 17 years old and above must pay the required guest registration fee of $55. Children 16 years old and younger must pay the required registration fee of $45.

Cancellations and Refunds
