Presenter Instructions
Oral Presenters
Oral presenters will deliver live, in-person presentations in Auditorium 4 at the Te Pae Convention Centre.
Visit the speaker ready room (Crew Room) at least 2 hours prior to your session date and time to have your talk uploaded by our Speaker Ready team.
During your presentation, your file will be opened by the technician stationed at the rear of the Auditorium. You will be able to see your slides on the confidence monitor, and you will have a slide advancer. Videos with audio can be accommodated; please be sure to notify the Speaker Ready technician upon upload of any videos, audio, slide builds, or external links.
Check the Block Schedule and make a note of your session date and time (time zone: NZDT, New Zealand Daylight Time)

Saturday, 16 March: 3:00pm - 7:00pm NZDT
Sunday, 17 March: 7:30am - 4:30pm NZDT

Poster Presenters
Posters will be displayed for the duration of the conference in Exhibit Hall 1 at the Te Pae Convention Centre.
Check the Block Schedule for Poster Viewing Hours, and the dedicated Poster Session on Tuesday, 19 March at 12:00pm-2:00pm.
Poster setup: starting Saturday, 16 March at 3:00pm NZDT
Poster teardown: Thursday, 21 March by 6:30pm NZDT
Posters not claimed by this time will be recycled.
Poster presentations will be arranged by topic and should be printed no larger than 110cm wide x 220cm high. Tacks will be provided for installation.
