The city’s St. Patrick’s Day parade will impact attendees arriving midday on Saturday, 12 March. Please be mindful of changes in traffic patterns and road closures.

Attendees

• If you have a government-rate room, you'll need to show an ID issued by the US government on check in at the hotel.  
• You can pick up your badge at the 17th Floor area beginning at 3:00 pm on Sunday, 13 March. 
• Remote access to the talks/posters/discussions will open on Saturday, 12 March. Attendees will receive an email from reg-help@aas.org with instructions on how to access the talks remotely.

COVID Protocol

Social Distancing: To encourage social distancing we have set up the main meeting rooms in “theater style” to decrease crowding, and we have spread the posters out as much as possible. Nevertheless, attendees should be conscious of social distancing during coffee breaks, cocktail hours, and when viewing posters.   

Please see the Pennsylvania Health Department and the AAS Coronavirus Conference Policy.

Mask wearing is mandatory at the meeting. Custom HEAD 19 masks will be distributed at the conference check-in, but you are welcome to wear your own KN95 or N95.

Oral Presenters

Please bring your presentation on a thumb drive to either the Grand Ballroom or Urban room, depending on which room you are speaking in, on the 17th floor the day prior to your presentation to upload your talk with a representative from Warp Speed, the Speaker Presentation Management company. The speaker ready desks will open on Sunday, 13 March.

Oral presenters should have received two emails from meetings@aas.org with an invitation to a Zoom link for the day and time of your oral talk. If you did not receive them, please check your spam box and if necessary, contact us.

To upload your PDF to the online block schedule, please follow these instructions.

Poster presenters can hang their posters from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm Sunday, 13 March. They must be taken down Thursday, 17 March between 12:00 pm and 1:15 pm.
